A restorative soundscape will help you enter an altered state of deep and focused awareness where your brain is more receptive to new information and you can more easily connect with your inner wisdom.

Brandy will introduce questions, prompts, or imagery (as appropriate) to support your intention/goal for the session.

Shift Into a Relaxed State

Brandy will gently guide you into a relaxed sand regulated supported with the sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls.

Process and Reflect

Depending on your preferences and needs in the moment, Brandy may facilitate talking, art, movement, or another grounding practice to help solidify insights you gained as well as process thoughts and feelings that may have come up during the session.

Once purchased, you can schedule on the calendar below.

You will need access to the internet and have earphones/buds or a quality external speaker other than your computer/phone speakers.

Should you need to cancel (and not reschedule), you will receive a full refund for notice given more than 12 hours before scheduled appointment, half refund for notice given less than 12 hours prior, and no refund for a no-show.
