I believe positive change and the ability to handle life's stressors without burning out starts with sustainable self-care.

For a long time, I tried to meet the overwhelming societal pressure to be more, do more, and accomplish more. I wore "busyness" as a badge of honor and blamed myself for falling short or not being productive enough. I felt sad, exhausted, and disconnected from life.

Long story short, I crashed hard and was forced to prioritize my needs. 

With sustainable self-care practices that include supporting my nervous system and healing on a cellular level, I've been able to reconnect with myself and the world around me, reclaim my voice, and process stress and emotions in more healthy ways.

Drawing from my own lived experiences, education, and training, I help people manage stress, fatigue, and burnout using an integrative approach that combines mind/body practices with the healing properties of music and sound. 

Together, our overall goal is to build the capacity to better handle life’s stressors - ultimately leading to a more fulfilling life.

I firmly believe that becoming “unbusy” and prioritizing our own needs is not just healing, but also one of the most powerful ways to challenge and disrupt harmful cultural norms that keep us from making positive change.
