I had so much ambition and desire to make things happen, but felt like I was trudging through mud. I couldn't get traction or take any real action towards my goals.
It was frustrating and disheartening, and I started to feel like I was never going to get where I wanted to be.
Despite trying various healing modalities and programs, I found that the benefits never lasted because I wasn't addressing the underlying stress and trauma stored in my body or using strategies that worked for my highly sensitive and neurodivergent system.
As a result, I turned to sound and somatic practices to support deep healing on a cellular level. As I learned to rewire my brain and regulate my nervous system, I began to reconnect with myself and the world around me, reclaim my voice, and process and release stuck emotions in a healthy way.
Now, I use those techniques to support other sensitive and empathic go-getters in navigating life's challenges and transitions without burning out.
