When the body and brain detect sound, cells within the body synchronize with the external rhythm and frequencies. This is called sympathetic resonance and entrainment. Pretty cool huh?

Sound therapy uses the healing properties of music and sound to entrain brainwaves, shift states of consciousness and activate the body's natural restorative ability to heal on a cellular and emotional level.

My approach is rooted in the belief that healing is holistic and deeply personal. In addition to sound, I use a variety of techniques such as mindfulness, imagery, and breathwork to help your mind and body soothe, create energetic flow, and support lasting change.

Together, we will begin by selecting a focus for your session(s), which can be any area of your life in need of clarity, support, or healing. While you get comfortable in your space, I will begin to play the singing bowls and gently guide you into a relaxed state.

As your body naturally 
entrains to the sound, your nervous system will calm and your mind will begin to clear. I will then create a healing soundscape and bring in imagery and affirmations as needed to help deepen your connection with yourself.

You will have space to share insights and process your experience at the end of your session if you wish to do so.

When life hit hard and I no longer recognized myself or my place in this world, I turned to the healing properties of music & sound to reconnect with my inner voice and
feel joy, passion & purpose again.
