What to Expect During Our Time Together
We will begin with identifying your primary intention or goal for the session. Then, when you are ready, I will help you get into a relaxed state with a therapeutic soundscape using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls.
The sounds of singing bowls work on a cellular level to help shift your mind and body into a more calm and focused state.
Using guided meditation techniques and imagery (as appropriate), I will gently support you in connecting with your inner wisdom - or whomever you seek guidance from.
Afterwards, there will be time for processing and reflecting upon your experience as you wish. Depending on your personal preferences and what you need in the moment, we may engage in talking, art, movement, or another somatic (body-based) technique.
This can help solidify the insights you have gained as well as bring closure to thoughts and feelings that may have come up during the session.
